02 // DATA COLLECTED BY ROLE CATEGORY
We collect distinct data parameters depending on the registration role selected:
Full Name, Contact Email, Contact Phone, Age Record (Yrs), Primary Sport, and State/Region of representation. This data is utilized to establish profile records.
Full Name, Contact Email, Contact Phone, Sport Taught, Coaching Experience (Years), License/Certification details, and Active Academy or Club affiliations. This validates coaching credentials.
Full Name, Contact Email, Contact Phone, Organization or Corporate Entity name, Organization Type (Corporate CSR, Agency, Pro Scout), and Target Sports of Interest. This coordinates talent outreach.
03 // USE OF PERFORMANCE METRICS
Performance metrics (such as sprint times, weight lift records, and regional competition statistics) is processed to build verification metrics. We do not sell performance metrics to third-party marketing companies. Performance data is made accessible to verified scouts and sponsors only to coordinate funding, academy placement, and regional support.

All platform data is stored in secure database structures in compliance with Indian sports regulations and data residency protocols. While we take maximum precautions (including database encryption safeguards), no internet transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for ensuring that all phone numbers and emails provided are secure and privately accessed.
05 // CSR & AUDIT REPORTING
For corporate sponsors utilizing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) funding to sponsor local athletes or academies, anonymized geographic performance metrics may be shared as part of corporate audit reports to satisfy compliance and verification mandates.
06 // ACCOUNT ACCESS RIGHTS
You have the right to request deletion or modification of your waitlist profile at any time. To purge your contact metrics from our platform databases, email our verification desk directly at ops@athlosphere.com.
