ATHLOSPHERE TERMS OF SERVICE
01 // ACCESS AGREEMENT
By submitting a registration to the AthloSphere Waitlist, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.
AthloSphere provides a digital platform connecting athletes, academies, and scouts/sponsors. These terms protect the integrity of athletic records and communication channels.
02 // ELIGIBILITY & JOINING CRITERIA
You must fall into one of our three target groups and meet the respective verification conditions:
Athletes must submit genuine metrics (age, primary sport, location). Submitting falsified age parameters or sports history is ground for immediate profile termination.
Coaches certify that they possess the claimed certification levels and have active affiliations with the stated sports academies or sports clubs.
Sponsors and scouts certify that they represent genuine athletic agencies, corporate CSR offices, or sports federations, and agree to use platform data solely for talent scouting or sponsorship coordination.
03 // PERFORMANCE RECORD VALIDITY
AthloSphere relies on honest, verifiable statistics to make recruitment pathways fair. Submitting manufactured performance times (such as manipulated 100m sprint stopwatch counts, false weight lift metrics, or wrestling bouts results) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request video validation logs or certified physical testing proof for any platform metrics.
04 // WAITLIST TICKET & ALLOCATION
A waitlist ticket ID (e.g. ATH-ATH-123) constitutes a reservation for early access testing phase allocation. It does not guarantee placement in professional tournaments, immediate funding contracts, or verification guarantees. Ticket activation is subject to regional rollout scheduling.
05 // PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to bypass security configurations, scrape database servers, or use bot scripts to flood the waitlist with duplicate email payloads. Violation of these security rules will result in the banning of your account ID.
06 // LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
AthloSphere is provided "as is" without guarantees. We are not liable for private agreements made between athletes, coaches, and sponsors outside the platform.
